Parts must be metal, without any seals, coatings, or other non-metallic parts that will melt when placed in the oven.

Some automotive parts like hood ornaments, trim pieces, tail light bezels, chrome plated parts, and die-cast parts are often made from low-grade pot-metal, and will outgas while curing, which results in bubbles forming under the powder.

Pricing includes media blasting and stripping to remove old paint or powder coating. The part will be thoroughly cleaned and prepped before the powder coat process.
